As the sun beams down on Britain, people take advantage of the warmer temperatures by spending more time outdoors during the summer - What does this offer in terms of photographic opportunities?

Activities such as travelling to the beach and picnics occur during summer months. Sports such as cricket, volleyball, skateboarding, baseball, softball, tennis, water polo, and football are played.

King Edward intended this castle to be a royal residence and seat of government for north Wales. The castle's symbolic status was emphasized when Edward made sure that his son, the first English Prince of Wales, was born here in 1284. In 1969, the castle gained worldwide fame as the setting for the investiture of HRH Prince Charles as Prince of Wales.

AntiFactory is a new arts club night in east London. The clubs nights will take place at an unknown venue in Shoreditch. I've been called-in to design a new logo.

I'm currently working on a new project which focuses on the 'ghost bikes' of London. After doing some research about the stories behind the bikes, I felt that this was a very strong idea which would work well framed within a photograph.

I'm going to start shooting in north London and working primarily at night, hopefully creating more atmosphere within the pictures. Check out the 'ghost bikes' website if you want to find out some more.... www.ghostbikes.org

Headline sponsors at this years pro photographers awards. To be honest the event was a little bland, very uninspiring and uneventful - but on the up side, there was plenty of free wine and my amazing girlfriend was there!!

A very interesting website and approach to photography - www.lomography.com
Showing that it's not all about fancy equipment.... Photography is about having fun and being able to express yourself and opening your mind to new ideas.

That said it does also sound like a very clever marketing scheme for the trendy people of London to embrace:)

This is my second Exhibition after the successful Beautiful landscapes exhibition in Convert Garden. Currently a handful of my Illustrations and Photographs are being displayed at Akiiki cafe & gallery Angel Islington.
